Payments:
Full payment is required before arrival of passengers, unless other written arrangements have been made in advanced. All payments must be done in US Dollars, in cash, checks over banks in the United States or through a wire transfer of funds to our Bank account in the Untied States. Details for the wire transfers will be given on due time.

Cancellation Fees:
TURISMUNDIAL does not levy any cancellation fees, except those charged by contractors at cancellation time. Special conditions applicable for specific programs will be advised when quoting.

Disclaimer Liability:
TURISMUNDIAL, Amazonas 657 y Ramírez Dávalos, Quito - Ecuador. It is an independent contractor whose business is to arrange accommodations, transportation and other services related to traveling both, on individual basis, and in connection with package tours and group travels.

TURISMUNDIAL acts neither as an agent of the customer nor as those providers of travel services.

TURISMUNDIAL is not a common carrier. Therefore, it does not provide, directly or indirectly, any accommodations, meals or other services related to travel. The issuance(?) and acceptance of such vouchers and services shall be deemed to be consent to further conditions.
TURISMUNDIAL shall not be responsible in any way for the acts, omissions, or negligence of those persons who provide accommodation, transportation, meals or any other service related to the travels that could affect the passengers in any of the following aspects: personal injury, or property damage or any other reason as a consequence of the customer's travel.
In addition TURISMUNDIAL shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections or of(?) common carrier equipment, terminations of service, changes in fares or rates, or cancellation of double bookings of reservations of tickets beyond its control an without notice. TURISMUNDIAL reserves the right to alter the itineraries or schedule of any feature thereof (?)of any tour or trip as may be necessary with or without notice.

It must be understood by the customer that TURISMUNDIAL shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused by such changes. Planning and operational charges are included in the prices. TURISMUNDIAL also reserves the right to decline the acceptance or retain of any person as a member of these programs at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
